END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. LICENSE GRANT

Prepared Partners grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code
• Sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software without written permission
• Use the Software for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Software

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software, including all content, code, features, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Prepared Partners and its licensors.

4. UPDATES AND CHANGES

Prepared Partners may provide updates, enhancements, bug fixes, or modifications to the Software at any time without prior notice. Such updates may be automatically installed and are governed by this Agreement.

5. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

The Software may collect technical, usage, and diagnostic information to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and use of information in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Prepared Partners does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREPARED PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION

This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
